The podcast, hosted by Nexus CEO and licensed marriage and family therapist Dr. Michelle K. Murray, brings new perspectives on the inseparable connection between family and mental health. Listeners will hear relatable stories from noted national celebrities, public figures, and our next-door neighbors, with topics ranging from generational trauma and its impact on our learned habits, to discovering how a deeper understanding of our families can help us better manage our relationships with our children, our partners, and our siblings.

The podcast In This Family, explores the pivotal role of family in mental health through the personal stories of noted national celebrities, public figures and our next-door neighbors.
