Darling Ingredients Announces Sale of Approximately $50 million in Production Tax Credits

IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 22, 2025--

Darling Ingredients Inc. (NYSE: DAR) today announced the sale of approximately $50 million of production tax credits to a corporate buyer. These credits were generated under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) by the company’s Diamond Green Diesel joint venture.

The company previously announced it sold $125 million and $60 million in production tax credits, bringing the total production tax credit sales to $235 million for 2025.
