Diamond Chemical Announces Appointment of New CEO

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 6, 2025--

Diamond Chemical Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer of industrial and institutional cleaning solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wesley Alves as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Alves will become the first non-family member to lead Diamond Chemical, succeeding Harold Diamond, who will continue to serve as a partner and strategic advisor to the company during this transition.

Mr. Alves brings more than two decades of global leadership experience in industrial manufacturing and operations, including his most recent role as President & CEO – Americas at Armor-IIMAK, a multinational technology and materials group focused on Thermal Transfer ribbons. There, he oversaw operations spanning the Americas, with full P&L responsibility for a $200 million business and a workforce of more than 1,000 employees.
