MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 16, 2025--

Dispatch Science, a leading provider of Transportation Management Software for last-mile delivery, today announced the launch of DataSync, the newest addition to its Dispatch Science EXtensibility (DSX) framework.

DSX offers a growing suite of solutions that empower last-mile carriers and integrators with a platform for extending, automating, and connecting the Dispatch Science TMS by leveraging standardized APIs, event-driven logic, and intelligent data orchestration – all within a unified environment.

DataSync expands this framework by giving carriers full control over their operational data. The new service enables secure, automated synchronization from the Dispatch Science cloud to customer-managed environments – whether on-premises or in private clouds – allowing organizations to leverage real-time analytics, consolidate system integrations, and make smarter, faster business decisions.

DataSync gives administrators precise control over which parts of their cloud-hosted operational data are securely synchronized to their own environments. With local, direct access, teams can easily feed enterprise data warehouses, power BI initiatives, and leverage full SQL capabilities – without relying on APIs or third-party connectors.

Because the data is locally owned and governed, organizations maintain complete auditability and compliance assurance while unlocking enhanced visibility through custom dashboards and analytics tools.

DataSync uses HTTPS, ensuring reliable and protected data transfer with authentication handled via Azure Entra ID, enhancing identity management and access control.

This launch follows the successful introduction of DataBridge, Dispatch Science’s new Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solution earlier this year. Together, these offerings reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and to delivering the tools that carriers need to thrive in a data-driven logistics landscape.

“Data is the fuel of modern logistics,” said Arthur Axelrad, CEO of Dispatch Science. “With DataSync, we’re giving last-mile carriers the keys to their own engines. They can now access, analyze, and act on their data in real time and on their terms. We’re ensuring control, visibility, and performance. It’s another step toward our vision of an open, extensible ecosystem that grows with our customers’ needs.”

With DataSync, Dispatch Science continues to lead the way in delivering intelligent, agile solutions for the logistics industry.
