Rainier Partners, a private equity firm investing in lower middle-market services businesses, is pleased to announce its investment in Kleen-Tech Services, a janitorial services provider with operations across more than 30 states.

Kleen-Tech was founded in 1993 in Denver, Colorado, and has since grown into a leading national provider of janitorial and related services to commercial, government, and other specialty sectors.
