RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture Acquires Hitchcock Design Group, Expanding Capabilities in Key Markets Across the U.S.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 26, 2025--

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture (RVi) has acquired Hitchcock Design Group (HDG), a national, multi-disciplinary landscape architecture, placemaking, and urban design firm. This acquisition cements RVi among the industry’s leaders, with one of the largest teams in the U.S. focused on planning, landscape architecture, visioning/branding, and urban design. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HDG is headquartered in Naperville, Illinois, with additional offices in Indiana, Texas, and Florida, expanding RVi’s resources and capabilities across the Midwest and South.

HDG is known for its landscape architecture, urban design, and creating sustainable, community-focused spaces. Serving sectors such as parks, hospitality, healthcare, education, and mixed-use development, they offer services that include master planning, site design, branded environments, and green infrastructure.
