The initial phase of Selene Cares+ focuses on enhanced digital outbound communications, delivering educational and informative content that borrowers can access anytime—24 hours a day, 365 days a year. These supplemental on-demand resources allow customers to watch, listen, read, and learn at their own pace, revisit information as needed, and better understand the options relevant to their financial situation.
By leveraging modern digital communication channels, Selene ensures consistent messaging, targeted outreach, and timely information aligned to a borrower’s circumstances—helping reduce uncertainty, and improve understanding when it is convenient for the borrower.
