OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 3, 2025--

O2 Investment Partners ( o2investment.com ) is thrilled to announce that Stronghouse Solutions ( stronghousebrands.com ), a national leader in roofing and exterior services, has acquired Centurion Exteriors (“Centurion”), a premier provider of roofing, windows, and other exterior services based in Fort Wayne, Indiana ( www.centurionexteriors.com ). Stronghouse will support Centurion by providing best-in-class processes, capital investment, technology innovation, and operational support to bolster Stronghouse’s position in its retail exterior division.

This acquisition marks Stronghouse’s expansion into Indiana and Northwestern Ohio, adding network density in the Midwest and Great Lakes region as well as establishing an entry point into the broader Ohio Valley. Centurion represents the second acquisition in 2025 for Stronghouse, which has scaled considerably since its first acquisition at its founding in 2021.
