ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 11, 2025--

TeleMate announces a major new release to its industry-leading UC&C Observability platform, delivering significant advancements in scalability, device-level experience monitoring, and multi-vendor visibility—giving customers deeper insight and dramatically reducing time to resolution. The new release will support some of the world’s largest and most complex communication environments, including deployments with more than 400,000 users and over one million devices.

The update delivers a major performance boost to TeleMate’s UC Assurance engine, providing faster analytics, deeper correlation, and improved responsiveness for large hybrid, cloud, and on-premise UC&C ecosystems.

A key enhancement includes advanced device-level experience monitoring with new WebRTC detection, enabling insight into real-time media streams across platforms such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and NICE. This ensures organizations gain precise end-user experience visibility regardless of where communication sessions originate.

TeleMate has also redesigned its integration with Cisco UCCX to support environments running hundreds of UCCX systems, enabling unified visibility and cross-cluster analytics for large distributed contact center operations.

The release vastly expands video support for Pexip, and room kits, broadening visibility into video collaboration and interoperability workflows.

To support faster diagnosis, the platform introduces an enhanced UC&C Assurance user experience featuring improved exclusion filters, clearer meeting and call-flow visualization, and streamlined navigation of high-volume MELT (messages, events, logs, traces) data.

“This release sets a new standard in UC&C observability,” said Steve Tabaska, CEO at TeleMate. “Enterprises will have the scalability, intelligence, and vendor-neutral visibility required to manage today’s communication complexity.”

The new TeleMate release will be available beginning of CY, Q12026. Partners and enterprise clients may request early demonstrations through their TeleMate account teams.
