Grains mostly higher and livestock mixed



Wheat for Dec. was off .25 cent at 5.94 a bushel; Dec. corn rose 2.25 cents at 3.9125 a bushel, Dec. oats was up .75 cent at $2.8425 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans advanced 10.25 cents at $10.44 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Oct. live cattle was up .47 cent at $1.0882 a pound; Oct. feeder cattle rose .82 cent at $1.3812 a pound; while Oct. lean hogs was off .37 cent at $.7780 a pound.
