In this role, Dr. Chouinard will oversee all aspects of clinical delivery and model performance, including quality outcomes, clinical programs, risk management, and overall model performance across Matter Health’s expanding national footprint.

Dr. Chouinard joins Matter Health from Main Street Health, where she played a critical leadership role in scaling the organization nationwide while supporting more than half a million members. Her experience building and operationalizing clinical models at national scale positions her to lead Matter Health through its next phase of growth.
