Bradley knocks off Northern Iowa 85-69

PEORIA, Ill. (AP) — Connor Hickman's 22 points helped Bradley defeat Northern Iowa 85-69 on Wednesday night.

Hickman shot 9 for 14, including 4 for 9 from beyond the arc for the Braves (16-6, 8-3 Missouri Valley Conference). Malevy Leons added 18 points and eight rebounds. Darius Hannah was 5-of-6 shooting and 2 of 3 from the free-throw line to finish with 12 points.

Trey Campbell and Bowen Born each led the Panthers (12-10, 6-5) in scoring, finishing with 16 points apiece. Jacob Hutson had 13 points and six rebounds.

Hickman scored 16 points in the first half to help put Bradley up 46-30 at the break. Bradley pulled away with a 12-3 run in the second half to extend a nine-point lead to 18 points.
