SNO911, which handles emergency communications for nearly 850,000 residents in Snohomish County, Washington, is one of the first agencies in the nation to deploy Cora.

Cora works side-by-side with 911 call-takers during live emergency calls to provide real-time guidance on every call. Its on-screen, heads-up display offers real-time transcription, automatically detects the incident type, and guides call-takers through agency-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Acting like an "over-the-shoulder trainer," the Copilot provides timely, context-aware reminders to ensure consistency while the human call-taker remains 100% in control.
