Arete Health, LLC (“Arete Health” or the “Company”), a new portfolio company formed by MBF Healthcare Partners II L.P. (“MBF”) and Eric DeYoung, is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Carolina Rehabilitation, Inc. dba Brunswick Physical Therapy and Southern Maryland Physical Therapy, LLC dba ProFlex Physical Therapy.

These acquisitions establish Arete Health as a growing multi-state outpatient physical therapy platform dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical care and improving access to rehabilitation services across the mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. The Company now operates 11 clinics across North Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia, serving thousands of patients annually and creating a scalable foundation for continued growth through both de novo development and strategic partnerships with high-quality physical therapy providers and practices.
