RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 2, 2025--

Holon Health, a multi-specialty provider including primary care and psychiatry that bridges the gaps in care for people with substance use disorder and/or mental health conditions, announced the expansion of its program to Tennessee, adding to its presence in Indiana, Arizona, and Virginia.

Tennessee residents are struggling with substance use disorder and mental health conditions at alarming rates. In fact, Tennessee faces a persistent opioid epidemic, ranking among the highest for prescription drug use, with an estimated 70,000 residents affected. In addition to SUD concerns, NAMI reports that 937,000 residents have a mental health condition.

“Addiction and mental health conditions deeply affect our communities and leave unerasable emotional and societal marks,” said Jason Herzog, Co-Founder and CEO of Holon Health. “At Holon Health, we’re committed to a solution-focused approach that fosters long-term engagement in care because we know that when people drop out of treatment, the risk of relapse, recidivism, and negative health consequences rises. With our digital therapeutic app, Holon Vibe, and a collaborative care model, we’re working to eliminate the unnecessary obstacles to build a healthier future for all Tennesseans.”

The following services are now available to Tennessee residents through Holon Health’s program:

  • Healthcare services: Convenient telehealth appointments, prescriptions, referrals to medical specialists, and behavioral healthcare providers (e.g., Solution-Focused Therapy and LCSW support).
  • Care Coordination: Clients are assigned a care coordinator who connects them to social need services (e.g., stable living, employment, clothing).
  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT): Therapeutic lessons are based on a proprietary forward-looking version of cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on solutions and goals.
  • Recovery support: Coaching from certified Peer Recovery Specialists and lessons that promote coping skills, problem-solving, and pro-social behavior.
  • Contingency management: Clients can earn up to $599/year in cash for completing daily therapeutic lessons, attending preventive healthcare appointments, or reaching specific goals.
  • Multi-lingual care: Content on the Holon Vibe app is available in English and Spanish.

“By partnering with Holon Health, we will be able to offer even more collaborative care services directly to our participants through innovative, evidence-based technology that expands treatment tools to us,” said Vincent Smith, Court Coordinator for the Knox County Mental Health Court. “We are committed to providing the best possible case management to our neighbors in need of mental health and substance use treatment. We are excited to embrace the future of mental health treatment services, and we believe that Holon Health will be on the cutting edge, helping us deliver significant results.”

Holon Health currently provides services to clients in Arizona, Indiana, Tennessee, and Virginia, with more states scheduled to be added throughout 2025.
