CareSync Exchange powered by dbMotion is transforming health information sharing in Victoria, Australia. It is designed to securely deliver complete, timely and accurate health information; complement existing systems by enabling the view and trending of discrete patient data; and enable seamless access to disparate patient records through local electronic medical records systems.
