PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 22, 2025--

Alcoa Corporation (NYSE: AA; ASX: AAI) (“Alcoa” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock and Series A convertible preferred stock, to be paid on November 21, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 4, 2025.
