NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 10, 2025--

The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) declared approximately $29.3 million in aggregate dividends on three series of preferred stock for the dividend period from July 15, 2025, through Oct. 14, 2025. All the preferred dividends are payable in cash on Oct. 15, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2025, as follows:
