Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SoftServe, a technology services firm, where he led the company through an eightfold increase in revenue over seven years, while scaling operations across more than fifteen countries in Europe, North and Latin America, and the Middle East. Baker has built a reputation as a hands-on executive with a passion for innovation, organizational clarity, and building cultures of accountability and trust.
