With two decades of experience driving people strategies across diverse industries, Courtney Townsend has built a reputation for aligning HR practices with business goals and scaling operations to support sustainable growth. Her recent focus has been in the software sector, where she has led transformative initiatives through periods of significant expansion. Prior to Hospitality Solutions, Townsend served as Chief People Officer of Duck Creek Technologies, where she supported efforts focused on talent development, inclusion, innovation, and systems modernization to foster a workplace where employees felt connected and empowered.
