Kish Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.40 Per Share

STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 2, 2025--

Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB) (“Kish” or the “Company”), parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that on October 1, 2025, its Board of Directors increased its regular quarterly cash dividend by $0.01, or 2.5%, to $0.40 per share. The dividend will be payable October 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on October 15, 2025.

“Our ongoing profitability supports our ability to consistently raise the cash dividend. 2025 is now the tenth consecutive year for dividend expansion,” said William P. Hayes, Executive Chairman. “While we announced a modest increase in the dividend compared to Kish’s strong earnings growth, it's important to note that a significant portion of our earnings continue to be retained as capital in support of our ongoing growth initiatives.
