• Reduced more than 16,000 estimated metric tons of carbon through energy efficiency projects
• Expanded onsite renewable energy, with 52 projects across Link Logistics properties totaling 74.8 megawatts of clean power
• Converted 49 million square feet to LED or high-efficiency lighting
• Completed LEED certification for 11.5 million square feet across 44 projects
• Installed 18.7 megawatts of new solar capacity
• Generated average customer cost savings of 12.8% through Energy Solutions, Link Logistics’ utility management program
• Received the 2024 ENERGY STAR ® Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the third consecutive year
