The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. (Cboe CA: CBST) (OTCQB: CBSTF) (“The Cannabist Company” or the “Company”), one of the largest and most experienced cultivators, manufacturers and retailers of cannabis products in the U.S., announced today that Michael Abbott resigned as a director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company, effective October 3, 2025, in order to pursue other personal and professional commitments. Abbott co-founded the Company as Columbia Care in 2012 and served as Executive Chairman of the Board until 2023, and, since then, as Chair of the Board.
