ParaScript, an AI-powered document processing company, today launched the industry’s first embedded signature verification solution that securely places a customer’s verified signature on each check in a protected, hidden format. The patented technology enables instant, on-check signature verification at presentment, enabling financial institutions to intercept fraud before losses occur across ATMs, teller lines, kiosks, RDC, and high-speed processing.

Traditionally, financial institutions have relied on archived data like signature cards or previously processed documents to verify signatures on checks. The solution securely embeds a customer’s verified signature in an encrypted, invisible format onto every check at the time of checkbook issuance, ensuring a secure reference is always available. The system analyzes handwritten portions using advanced AI models to evaluate the probability that a signature matches the embedded reference, and it flags any discrepancies for review.
