Cardata Names Winnie Chen Vice President of Growth

In this role, Chen will lead Cardata’s growth strategy across marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives as the company continues to scale.

Chen brings more than a decade of experience building and scaling marketing organizations at high-growth B2B technology companies. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Rose Rocket, an AI-native SaaS platform modernizing how trucking and logistics companies operate. At Rose Rocket, Chen led the end-to-end marketing function and played a key role in scaling the business from seed stage through Series B.
