Going all in in support of the #MeToo movement, Netflix has implemented a host of strict sexual harassment guidelines to be followed by their employees.

Townhall reports among the most bizarre of these new rules is that employees should never “look at anyone for longer than five seconds.”

It appears to be an attempt to stop all flirting in the workplace.

There are plenty of other new rules as well, including bans on giving “lingering hugs,” touching anyone for “a lengthy period of time,” or asking for a co-worker’s phone number.

Netflix employees are also encouraged to shout at “inappropriate” co-workers to stop their behavior and even “report” colleagues “who [have] given anyone unwanted attention.”

In a statement, Netflix said the rules are meant to “empower people on our sets to speak up.”
