Berkley Financial Specialists Promotes Adam Brinkley to Vice President and Chief Claims Officer

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 8, 2025--

Berkley Financial Specialists, a Berkley Company®, announced today that Adam Brinkley has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Claims Officer. Adam succeeds Vice President and Chief Claims Officer Megan Manogue who retired after a nearly 10-year term. Working with his team of claim professionals and legal resources, he will be responsible for the successful management of all claims relating to the business’s management liability, financial institution bonds, and commercial crime policies. In addition, Mr. Brinkley will oversee the operational aspects of Berkley Financial Specialists’ claims department focused on serving the needs of our customers, agents, and brokers. He also holds leadership positions in the Fidelity Law Association and the ABA Fidelity and Surety Law Committee.

Mr. Brinkley joined Berkley Financial Specialists almost four years ago as a Senior Claims Counsel before being promoted to Director Claims Counsel. Before joining Berkley Financial Specialists, Adam worked as an attorney at a national law firm, focusing on fidelity and surety law. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and was a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Stephen F. Austin State University.
